Masindi Netshilema is passionate about using technology and data to drive organisational efficiency and solve business problems. With over 10 years of experience, he focuses on the strategic integration of data and technology to improve business processes and create data products that help organizations make informed decisions. His work spans various industries, including automotive, rail, construction, academia, and climate research, where he’s developed tailored data solutions to support functions like marketing, sales, finance, HR, and R&D.

When he’s not working, Masindi loves spending time with his family, writing, volunteering, and finding ways to make a positive impact in his community. Some of the causes he passionately supports include: education, social justice, poverty eradication and the support of small businesses . Masindi has graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration, a BSc Honours in Computing, and a BSc in Applied Mathematics and he’s always on the lookout for new ways to leverage data and technology for innovation and strategic growth.
